    JD has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition acting as both a third-party recruiter for boutique technical recruiting firms and as an in-house technical recruiter. His work includes managing talent acquisition teams in high-growth SaaS companies and servicing Fortune 500 clients for the world’s largest recruiting corporation.

    From organizational health and development to recruitment marketing and employer branding, JD has used his expertise to change the very way companies structure and view the functions of talent acquisition.     Mikaila Turman - VP of People at GoodHire
    Mikaila is a skilled HR professional with more than 13 years of experience in recruiting, operations, and benefits administration. Her experience stems from four years at Inflection, GoodHire’s parent company, and 9 years with NOLL Healthcare Network and NOLL Human Resource Services as Human Resource and Operations Manager and Senior Recruiting Specialist. Mikaila earned her degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

    Stefan Rock is a Partner Development Representative at TextRecruit, a real-time candidate engagement platform that leverages SMS/text messaging, live chat, and AI, to help companies optimize their candidate pipeline. He primarily focuses on partnering with Major ATS', Job Boards, and Agencies to help their clients utilize TextRecruit’s platform.
