At a time when the world celebrates the arrival of the first black president to the White House, we felt the story crying out for a man who was later in his time that we now suggests Barack Obama. I'm speaking of Ray Charles, or simply Ray! A man with creative Sunday to create while producing his epic alive in the form of art to attract crowds through music. At the time of Ray, was creating a playful way of living, which for many, was a turn off for a singer of color and with visual impairments. But, it was not! It was pure art from inside a guy who has learned to transform the pain of a life badly lived-in art to be heard anywhere in the world.

At a time when the world celebrates the arrival of the first black president to the
White House, we felt the story crying out for a man who was later in his time
that we now suggests Barack Obama. I'm speaking of Ray Charles, or simply
Ray! A man with creative Sunday to create while producing his epic alive in the
form of art to attract crowds through music. At the time of Ray, was creating a
playful way of living, which for many, was a turn off for a singer of color and with
visual impairments. But, it was not! It was pure art from inside a guy who has
learned to transform the pain of a life badly lived-in art to be heard anywhere in
the world. Despite the difficult childhood, the obstacles were not bet before the
talents of a composer of sophisticated and unique lineage. Ray sang and
delighted by the form of ring finger unparalleled in a soft piano bar syrup and
spicy. From its legacy were more creative than lessons for the new generations.
They were lessons that go beyond mere composition of musical notes of
success. Ray sang in a time when the record companies tried to impose reins to
his talent rebel and above, out of range. In their veins, in addition to the pure
black blood, I ran the aesthetics of remix, a time that the mixture proposed by
Martin Luther King was only speech to a middle class who could barely
understand the fever of Elvis. What now become fashionable, at that time was
pure heresy. But singer Ray knew delight of everything: jazz, soul, gospel,
country music, Rhythm'n'Blues, the blues of eternal imposes osidade of you
who never was ready to be molded by someone. In the golden years for the
pain, Ray has lived the peak of the mixture as if it were the truth that should
have guided us forever. What the time Ray was a mixture of creative and
genuine, this is a subtle line that separates the remix of plagiarism. While
plagiarism omits sources of creation, the remix celebrates and exposes, says
Henry Jenkins, in the book quot;Convergence Culture.quot; The remix seeking to build a
dialogue with the past rather than for you to claim authorship

of anything. In remix, production is collective, participatory and collaborative,
establishing social networks where it is allowed that all works can live together
peacefully. In the middle of the road, the copyright laws inhibit the growth
culture, restricting the use of works to their owners. If the culture is the
humanity, such as thinking on the logic alquímicos that sees the culture born of
nothing, as if it were only the result of the artist's head? Indeed, Einstein has not
created the Theory of Relativity without realizing the mistakes of their
predecessors. As Jenkins says, the great literary works took ride in the past,
removing him the resources they needed to promote the cultural expansion. In
any creative process, the artist built from the existing culture. But for that to
happen on a continuous and healthy, we all need to learn to respect the culture,
giving credit to the authors of the material we use. Otherwise, it is the death of
the artist and those who learned to love him. In the era of vinyl, Ray was
already ahead of its time, mixing various musical rhythms in a kaleidoscope, the
record labels against prejudice, bias that pervades the industry of video games
also. Although the game Guitar Hero World Tour provides the option to
compose music, the players are being censored by the owners after the themes
of Zelda and Mario were remixed and downloaded by thousands of fans of the
games. Controversy aside, today increasingly have the opportunity to make us
artists. Just want to leave the tank and run the risk of life outside. Who knows
with the same talent of a guy named Ray. ..

remixagem, a produção é coletiva, participativa e colaborativa, estabelecendo
redes sociais onde é permitido que todas as obras possam conviver juntas,
pacificamente. No meio do caminho, as leis do direito autoral inibem o
forma contínua e sadia, todos nós precisamos aprender a respeitar a cultura,
Do contrário, é a morte do
Embora o jogo Guitar Hero World Tour forneça a
Basta querer sair do aquário e
chamado Ray...
