7. While the name ‘END Solutions’ is pretty cool, here are
some of the names you really need to know:
C. Ryan Erickson
President and CEO
Mr. Erickson has over 15 years of Services and Management
experience. He started his career with Vinca Corporation in
sales and services and has held positions of responsibility
with Legato, and EMC. After leaving EMC Ryan co-founded
Savail Consulting Inc which started as a delivery consulting
services organization and helped build it into the Premier
Services partner for EMC in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic
regions. Revenues increased from $500,000 in 2005 to al-
most 4 million in 2007. As a co-founder of END Solutions he’s
continuing to build END into a Premier IT Solutions provider.
Darren K. Nawahine
Vice President
Mr. Nawahine has been working with Business Continuity and
Disaster Recovery and implementation for over 11 years. He
started up D&K SERVICES INC which delivered professional
services on behalf of EMC/Legato and consulting services to
Small Businesses. Darren also co-founded Savail Consulting
Inc and held a Director position for his 5 years on the Savail
team leading one of the top level consulting services and “Go-
To” team amongst all of EMC. As a co-founder of END Solutions

Richard A. Erickson
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Erickson has over 30 years of Sales and Management
experience. He started his career with GTE in sales and
general management and has held positions of responsibil-
ity with GE, Zenith Data Systems, Digital Equipment Corpo-
ration, Dell Computer, technologia GMI and End Solutions.
Mr. Erickson received a BS Degree from Brigham Young
University and has graduated from GTE’s Advanced Man-
agement School as well as GE’s Lighting Engineer’s School.
He is an expert in customer relationship building and has
