ABOUT US
The company WABEX Innovative Technologies (pty) LTD is located in Kempton Park, in
Gauteng. Company was formed in September 2014 and officially registered in February
2015. Organization is black women owned and fully compliant with all the necessary
documentation, BEE Level 1 certificate, Tax and VAT compliant. Mrs Lydia Connie
Nkosi, the first black women in South Africa to obtain an MBA qualification, owns 20 %
shares of Wabex.
What do we do?
We are experienced in working with both wireline and wireless telecommunication
technologies. We have worked with Fibre optic, Microwave, ADSL (copper cabling) and
other ICT technologies. We Specialise in Fibre route planning, Fibre installation,
splicing, capacity planning and optimisation and new site commissioning, integration and
configuration. We also do customer support which include visiting customer, analysing
customer problem and solution provisioning. We also do technical site surveys, OTDR
tests, interference tracing and hunting in the Fibre cables and mobile networks. We
emphasise on quality execution, customer satisfaction and customer follow ups.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
All directors will are involved in the running of the business and bring forth different expertise
and personalities which will work together to create a strong team that will bring us to
archiving company mission.
The management team is led by Executive Director MRS Bonnie XABA who founded the
company in September 2014 after working as manager for RAN strategy and engineering at
TELKOM SA. She also has a vast experience in 2G/ 3G and 4G RAN and WI-FI planning
and optimization. She spent years in the streets of Gauteng doing RAN sites planning,
network drive testing and optimizing the Vodacom network. She has Diploma in Electrical
engineering and, honours in Management (MAP).
The Strategyand business development Director is Mr Dhady MBAYA, with experience
in radio planning and optimization, after successfully work for both operator and vendors, his
expertise in the field will bring a good strategy and customized solution to the satisfaction of
WABEX customers. Graduated in electrical engineering, currently furthering his education in
business management.
