One Call Care Management is one of the largest companies in medical sales and focuses on workers’
compensation. As the regional sales director, I called on over 25 third party administrators, insurance
companies, employers, and medical offices for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. I specialized in the
complex care division and sold durable medical equipment, facilities, home health, dental, and doctor.
I managed existing accounts while seeking new business accounts. I also continued growth and
maintained relationships with TPS’s employers, carriers, hospitals, and physicians.
Key Accomplishments:
 Within two months, increased percentage to goal in durable medical equipment from 80.3% to
106.1%
 Increased percentage to goal in home health from 78.44% to 169.37% in one month
 Grew overall sales in the state of Washington within 90 days and landed 10 new accounts
 Received quarterly monetary bonuses by consistently exceeding sales goals
Rodan+Fields Dermatology, Seattle, WA

Created a successful business by marketing Rodan+Fields skincare line. Rodan+Fields is a direct
sales company that allows flexible business opportunities for their consultants. As a consultant, I
utilized my sales and customer relations abilities to sell products and maintain customers through a
preferred customer program. I also recruited, trained, and mentored new business owners on my
team.

Owner, March 2012 – March 2014
Purchased existing west Seattle wine bar and ale house and restructured venue into a restaurant.
Handled all day to day operations, employee relations, bookkeeping/payroll, event planning, and
advertising/marketing.
Key Accomplishments:
 Sold The Cask for two and a half times the purchase price after two years
 Identified and integrated key changes to business to increase revenue: added kitchen, doubled
seating capacity, and expanded hours
