Sugar is the enemy of human bodies. The
carbohydrates that we eat contain sugar and when we
eat it, it will undergo process in our body. These sugars
are what we use for energy and there are some foods
that are pure sugar or contain a lot of sugar which can
cause the sugar level in our body to drastically increase
and it can result to diabetes and other illness.
What is diabetes: diabetes is a disease resulting from
the increase of blood sugar level above its normal
values. When the sugars that is suppose to transport
into cells of the body did not do so and transport it into
the blood then the person is having diabetes. The build
up sugar is caused by one of the following reasons, if the
pancreas is not producing enough hormones called
insulin that helps the glucose get into the cells or the
body cannot make use of the insulin as it is supposed to
be. Diabetes is a sickness that does not exist alone but it
attracts other illness into the body of the sufferer. It
can cause complications which include heart disease,
blindness, kidney failure and amputations. This deadly
disease has become one of the big worries all over the
world.

ailment, history of gestational diabetes, impaired

acquisition of diabetes, but what I know is that the
causes of the type 1 and type 2 are different. Type 1
seemed to be developed from environmental triggers
like unidentified virus that attacks the pancreas and

To begin, it is important to highlight what diabetes is in
general and how it affects the human body.The basic
layout of energy production in the human body is based
on breaking the food down into glucose,which is
basically sugar. These sugars go into cells throughout

human body. Insulin is a key factor in deciding whether
a person becomes diabetic.
Type 1 diabetes is a condition that is explained when
the body produces insulin whatsoever. This type of
diabetes is basically hereditary, and is the most
common form of this affliction that affects children
from birth or developed at a very young age. Find

Type 2 is a disease of the body's cells to insulin resistance against the excess fat cells. To see if there is any link between fat and insulin, Louisiana State University studied the eating habits of a group of 50 men and women who were not diabetic. About half of the test group was overweight and the remaining members werestandard weight. In every case, it was shown that anytime the subject consumed high levels of fat, insulin resistance also increased.
