Makro SA
This campaign was a cross
platform (Facebook & Twitter)
campaign that ran separately
over a course of 3 months.
My duty was to develop content
that would be published
separately from the always on
content, perform online reputation
management duties and compile
monthly and weekly campaign
reports.
9. Whisky Live
Festival
This campaign was a recurrent
one that leveraged the yearly
Whisky Live Festivals across
South Africa. My duties were to
develop campaign mechanics
that would see fans winning
tickets to the event, perform
online reputation management at
the events and ensure the
campaign increases page likes in
each city.
10. Wade Bales
Whisky & Wine
Affair
This was also a Whisky festival
that the page leveraged in order
to gain followers by giving away
tickets and performing online
reputation duties at the event. My
duty was to develop content and
manage the page.
11. Firstwatch SA
influencer
campaign
This campaign was more of a
long-term influencer partnership
between a South African soccer
star and the brand. My duty was
to develop content that resonated
with fans who were primarily
soccer lovers and align the brand
with Goal.com’s website in order
to leverage the two brands page
likes.
12. St-Remy
Millionaires
A month after my arrival at the
agency, as an intern, I was
tasked with overseeing the launch
and management of this monthly
campaign. The client who is
based in Nigeria ran a monthly
campaign where fans entered via
user generated content and stood
a chance to win a million Naira
every month. My duties were to
develop content, monitor entries,
select winners, perform online
reputation management and
manage the PHP entries website.

Is an integrated advertising
agency that believes people want
to work at companies they can
believe in, as opposed to
companies they can merely get
paid in. They have worked hard to
create a company where people
have a sense of purpose, a
company where everyone pulls
together to create category re-
defining work that makes clients
famous, no matter the odds.
16. We The Brave SA
#Kiss4Equality
This relatively provocative and
trending campaign was centred
around a video that caused
controversy in the television
industry. My duties were to
develop content to further amplify
this #Kiss4Equality video, perform
online reputation management,
repurpose user generated content
and defeat homophobia.

#Chemsex Movie
In partnership with Cinema
Nouveau and the Encounters film
festival, this cross-platform
campaign was aimed at shedding
light on the dangerous drug
fueled sex parties of the
homosexual world. My duties
were to develop content for the
duration of the festival and
promote this movie, manage the
campaign ticket giveaway, attend
the screening and perform online
reputation management.
18. Captain Morgan
H2 campaign
This was Captain Morgan SA’s
digitally integrated campaign that
ran over 6 months to increase
brand awareness. The campaign
was centred around product
giveaways and engaging content.
My duties were to develop
content, allocate budget, manage
the campaign by performing
online reputation management,
compiling quarterly and monthly
reports.

8brand is a solutions orientated
communications and branding
company, with a strong focus on
digital, under the banner 8digital.
Our sister company, 8 degrees
offers design services that allow
your 3 dimensional brand spaces
through POP or activation
stations. 8brand has an active
presence within Africa due to the
knowledge and insights we have
gained through our frequent
projects into many African
countries.
22. Tant’ Sannie
#LipLekLekker
Started in the Karoo where
everyone loved her secret recipe
(sweet, crispy crust, Bella die koei
se melk, condensed milk &
cinnamon sprinkled for that final
aromatic touch).
This liqueur is targeted to the
Afrikaans community between the
ages of 18 and 35. The aim of
this campaign was for awareness
and a prize giveaway.

2017 & 2018
A prestigious and highly
anticipated event every year, my
roles included ensuring our
brand, together with that of our
brand ambassadors was aligned
and amplified our brand from a
Digital perspective across all
Social channels.

Vacation
A Brand Ambassador focused
campaign that gave me the
opportunity to work with our
global partners to ensure we
landed our brand objectives
locally.

Mango Launch
A national launch of our flavoured
vodka in Cape Town, Durban &
Johannesburg. My duties
included planning and executing
a cohesive Social Media
campaign to amplify our brand
across all Social channels.

Summer Exclusive
Cîroc launched their much
anticipated Limited Edition bottle
across Cape Town,
Johannesburg & Durban and my
role was to amplify it across all
Social channels throughout the
festive season.

This event wasn’t highly
publicized on Facebook and most
of our content was Dark posts to
generate Leads. Our
ambassador, Thando Thabethe &
Cassper Nyovest supported these
events on their, and our Cîroc
channels.

Revolve Festival
This once off event with our
ambassador, Thando Thabethe
meant we had to work closely
with our global agencies to
ensure there is cohesion across
all Cîroc channels.
I worked remotely on this 3 week
campaign.

Up 2017 & 2018
Our other brand ambassador,
Cassper Nyovest, always has a
Fill UP event and my role is to
amplify our mutual relationship as
Cîroc & BA from a digital
perspective.

Championship
Even though it was discontinued
in 2017, this was high-paced and
culturally relevant event that
plugged into the local Soccer
culture.
My role was to support it at evnts
or remotely across all Social
channels.

Smirnoff SA rebranded their
bottle packaging and messaging,
this needed a Social Media
amplification campaign.

Competition 2017 & 2018
A truly World Class campaign that
involves both local and
international mixology
competitions, this was a highlight
of my career.

Live 2017
An annual event that focuses on
mixology and encompasses our
Diageo Reserve brands.
I worked remotely or live at these
events, depending on clients
expectations and budget.
42. Bosch GO Launch
A 3 month long new product
launch campaign that I
championed.
My role included ensuring our
KPI’s were met through by
utilising our R260 000 media
budget.

Tough Mudder
This outdoor event was held in
Elgin, Western Cape and my
brand was a sponsor.
I worked remotely with my Art
Director who covered the event
on the day and I handled media
planning & allocation of R30 000
for the 1 week duration of the
campaign.

Jozi
This First In Africa event was held
at Mall of Africa & my role
included posting live, strategising
content direction & media
promotion spend at the event.
The event hashtags trended for 4
hours at number 3 & 4.

As a Social Media & Campaign Manager I was also proactive when it came to strategizing on content and
