Dianne Marshall, Therapeutic Courts Administrator, Emeritus, Mendocino County Superior Court, Ukiah, California was initially hired in l995 as a planning consultant to work on starting an adult drug court, Ms. Marshall was responsible for the implementation and expansion of judicially supervised treatment services for adult and juvenile offenders and mentally ill offenders which she did through May, 2007. She is the Founder of both the Mendocino County Friends of Drug Court Fund and the California Collaborative Justice Courts Foundation.
