  • 2. - No official policies against sexual violence and/or harassment at university The university as work-place, educational institution and social context - No formal care pathways for supporting victims No psychological support services for students Funding issues - Heterosexism, power and institutional culture Normalisation of heterosexism Normalisation of power asymmetries - Feminist and/or queer identities and activism Older and younger generations do not meet Intersectionality issues POLICIES & PRACTICES AT GREEK UNIVERSITIES
  • 3. - Recruitment Strategy Mobilising personal networks Voluntary participation - Our Training Model Mixed cohorts of 10-12 participants Combining theory & experience - Results in Numbers and Accounts Numbers: 80 trainees -> 70♀ 10♂ Accounts: Very positive evaluations overall - Further Actions Need for wider discussion among greek universities TRAINING AT PANTEION UNIVERSITY
