  5. 5. Objectives 1. Divert water from water-scarce areas to the district's dry and semiarid regions. 2. Analyze the soils and morphology of the region to determine how to recharge areas interact with geology and geomorphic methods. 3. Provide appropriate locations and artificial recharge techniques to help the local groundwater recharge. 5
