Company History
Brian Monnier first started the California Yoga Company small 500 sqft space
in 2004. Beginning the company with $3000 in 4 years he grew the business
so much that he needed relocate to a larger location (1000 sqft).
By 2012 the California Yoga Company again grew so much that he needed to
get a location that could accommodate the grow and provide enough space
for future growth.
In September 2012, again the studio needed to relocate to a larger location.
It’s location is a flagship location on Polk st in San Francisco. It features 3500
sqft and features 2 exercise rooms. With plenty of room to accommodate
large growth

• Single month:$140
• 6 month contract: $120 per month
• 1 year contract: $100 per month.
First we entice people to our classes with amazing into offer of $30 for 30 days of unlimited
Classes. We also run regular online only offers.
Then we offer unlimited access to all our classes for reasonable rates.
Our marketing strategy is to:
1. Target (mainly)women and men
between 25-45 who have a income
between $45k-$150k
2. Focus on those who are new to fitness,
returning to fitness or have chronic
injuries which need relief.
3. Our customers are looking for health
routine not just a fad fitness routine.
4. Use our standard intro offer of $30 for
30 days or our online coupon advertising
to attract our target market.
5. Provide experienced instruction,
challenging classes with a supportive
community of members.
6. Develop solid relationships with our
customers to motivate customer loyalty

1. Provide funding to hire our existing
staff for more classes onto our
schedule.
2. Hire marketing and management
staff.
3. Funds to purchase Fitness
equipment
