3. In this slide am going to discuss about what are the short keys available in Odoo 16,
Let me explain one by one,
• When we clicking the ‘Ctrl+K’ , it will opens up a quick menu bar, and there we
can navigate to any items.

4. As seen the image below we can easily navigate to the items by using
the short keys,

5. The items are Users, Channels and Menus ,
• By clicking the symbol ‘@ -(At rate sign)’ we can get the users ,and we
can connect with the live chat

7. If we need to quickly access the channels that available in the Odoo we can use
the ‘# -(Hash)’ symbol,

9. We can get the menus in Odoo by clicking on the ‘/ -(Slash) ’ symbol

10. For accessing the articles in Knowledge module we need to use ‘?- (Question
Mark)’ symbol.

11. Now let’s move to the short keys inside the module in Odoo 16, for that open a
module, here am open the sales module and use the short key ‘Ctrl+K’ and then
we can see a tab emerge in the module as shown below,

13. • By clicking the ‘Alt+C’ command it will direct you to the Quotation form for
creating new quotation.
• By clicking the ‘/’ it will redirect you to the search bar inside the module.
