3. TOMS RUBBER BELT
We offer rubber belt reinforced with Nylon and also supply a strong rubber belt which
stretches as the tree grows, thereby minimizing maintenance. Most belts are
supplied in rolls 25m to be cut as required. We also offer 450mm and 600mm belts
with buckles, for easy adjustment.

More and more frequently two or more stakes are used to
support trees, with the stakes outside the root-ball. Whilst
some people simply take strapping from each stake, round
the tree and back to stake, thus “pulling the tree” in different
directions, we offer sleeves to act as a “buffer” between tree
and stakes. This system provides much greater stability and
gives a very smart appearance.

The base of trees and shrubs are very vulnerable to damage, most
often caused by those who are charged with looking after them!
Water is brought to the upper part of the plant via the bark, so if
this is damaged, the flow of nutrients and water is compromosed.
Secondly, when trees or shrubs get
damaged in this way, infection or mould
can enter the plant and it lead to its
premature demise. It is very important,
