  • 6. AND HOW? Resources are tight. Take a step back. See where you’re going and apply resources accordingly. Put it into what works for us. Adapting tone of voice for each platform. Building a community: • Twitter followers • LinkedIn Connections • Facebook likes • Having something to say • Stories • Advocates • Service users • Supporters

  • 8. THE DIFFERENCE COMMS HAS MADE Successfully secured over £900k towards our new accommodation project: • Building purchased by a charity • Refurbishment costs committed • MP support • Pro Bono PR
