3. 1 – Teams that play together stay together
@charlescadbury #mstrclass
“When you have a close friend at work, you
feel a stronger connection to the company,
and you’re more excited about coming into
work every day. You attach yourself to the
company’s purpose and collaborate better
to create success for the business.”1

4. 1 – Those that play together stay together
Shared experiences create relationships. The more out of "work" contact
you can facilitate the better they work together.
Tip: This socialising is of huge benefit for your business so allow some of
some of this to happen in "work" time

8. 3 – Trust more
Tip: This works better if you keep the format of the numbers / graphs
consistent (finance is not usually your team’s forte). Share the good times as
well as your challenges, you’ll be delighted of the response.

9. 4 – Be clear on values and purpose
Your company’s core values are the guiding principles that dictate behaviour and
action, it’s purpose describes what it is going to do and why the world needs it.
Tip: Talk about your business and it’s purpose often. You work for the business,
your team works for the business. Give the business a believable personality.
