• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP solution in
Sales, Projects, Rental, CRM, Finance and Service modules. This includes configuration
settings, setting and configuration of workflows and security profile and privileges. Worked
closely with the Business and Functional Consultants over a 2 & half year period in

Senior Test Lead (Hastings Deering) January 2013 - Current
• Worked with the Solution Architect in understanding and configuring the AX solution as per
the Business's requested design. This including setting up the security roles and privileges,
configuring the various workflows and updating the configuration settings as a System
Administration user in multiple environments.
• Ran 2 successful User Acceptance Test phases in Singapore and Hong Kong for 50 + users.
This included training the users on the workings of Dynamics AX, troubleshooting any issues
encountered to ensure minimal downtime and executing all test cases applicable to the Stream
they were working in. Also allowed the users to grow during the 4 week UAT phase to allow
them to execute and run their own Business scenarios that they currently run in the Business, so
they could see how the new system could do they task they did in the old legacy system.
• Set up and managed an offshore test team to provide testing support and guidance for the
implementation of a global ERP solution for the Sime Darby Industries Group (China,
Malaysia, Singapore and Australia).

Managed the successful global rollout of 13 project releases into production, from the initial
build phase through to final implementation and go-live. Managed multiple projects releases
(up to 4) moving through the environments concurrently and I am responsible for managing,
