Leadership Development
Purpose:
To develop a leadership culture that exudes the highest morals and consulting
skills unmatched by any consulting firm.
Method:
Development and implementation of a consultant training regimen that focuses
on values, morals, and setting a leadership foundation. Then developing
leadership through designed training (internal and then as a consulting tool) that
is integrated with established methodologies.
End State:
A company made of leaders who are skilled implementers of all products, tools,
and processes as well as a company that leaves its clients with improved
leadership skills that increase their capabilities to sustain change long after the
consultants leave. And a consulting firm that is wanted rather than needed.

Design a comprehensive, and selective, training program and

and leadership
Based off the output of the Leadership Foundation sessions
Set the expectations that the design must include integrations
of methodology that maximizes client success
Begin with all VPs & Project Managers and progress to all
consultants

training can be used in leadership development through
mentoring. This will give the training and mentorship

Upon full internal implementation, and demonstrated ability to live
a leadership culture, the ability to include it as part of the
delivered consulting package, and speak to it with confidence to a
client, will reveal itself.

 A consulting firm that stands alone in delivering quality results that
are sustainable
 It will only take one client to commit to the Leadership
Development Method
 Quality will be unmatched by competitors
 Word of mouth will be the number one selling tool
 The first success will produce a snowball effect and momentum will carry it
from there

reference, writing case studies, and giving recommendations to friends and

Method: Development and implementation of a consultant training regimen that focuses on values, morals, and setting a leadership foundation. Then developing leadership through designed training (internal and then as a consulting tool) that is integrated with established methodologies. End State: A company made of leaders who are skilled implementers of all products, tools, and processes as well as a company that leaves its clients with improved leadership skills that increase their capabilities to sustain change long after the consultants leave.
