Purpose:
To develop a leadership culture that exudes the highest morals and consulting
skills unmatched by any consulting firm.
Method:
Development and implementation of a consultant training regimen that focuses
on values, morals, and setting a leadership foundation. Then developing
leadership through designed training (internal and then as a consulting tool) that
is integrated with established methodologies.
End State:
A company made of leaders who are skilled implementers of all products, tools,
and processes as well as a company that leaves its clients with improved
leadership skills that increase their capabilities to sustain change long after the
consultants leave. And a consulting firm that is wanted rather than needed.
