- 3. Technology Debt Over the past decade, the enterprise technology stack has increased dramatically in complexity and cost to upgrade. Teams managing this stack are also organized in silo’s which add to the complexity and cost. Annual spend to address application and infrastructure currency have been redirected to other areas of the business. This has created a compounding affect, turning a multi-million dollar annual problem to a billion dollar epidemic. A new approach is required to “uplift” the existing technology, processes and team structure to stop compounding this current issue.

The foundation of Metapod is remote cloud engineering and operations resources that become an extension of the customers infrastructure teams.
