Notas del editor

  • Personal experience om innovating health care (product development) molded into aan method called PHI.
  • All missed requirements of missed stakeholders.
  • A rather strange career…
  • B&W because I like to make a statement.
  • I like to deposit this statement

  • Mankind desired to fly like a bird. Icarus tried.
  • Leonardo Da Vince tried.
  • Fokker tried en succeeded.
  • Fokker’s tryplane.

  • The gras on the other side of the hill always seems greener ? 8).
  • Innovation is at hand just because of the existing technologie.

  • The 1st incubator was build by a craftsman from St-Petersburg in 1835. Named Ruehl’s cradle after the court physician of czar Feodorowna.

Heated by warm water. Combining humidity and temperatuur control in one!

  • …and when the first engineer came around it suddenly became a spacecraft 8). Engineers took over healtcare innovation. And from that moment on it all went down the hill 8).
  • This realy is a nice design where mothers are waiting for.
  • … and more visible technology came around.

  • Conclusion is that we can develop almost everything. We just (only) have to specify what we like/ must innnovate.
  • For communication sake we need a standard format for a requirement.
These attributes are only the most inportant ones.

  • Introduce the V-model (commonly used technique to gather requirements but never the less not widely used.

    1 two domains
    2. Requirement and its accaptence criteria
    3. Stakeholders spread over both domains but with different rolls.
  • Good practice with two projects of Reqcare since its startup.

  • Take stakeholders sirious.
  • Support on toilet to help the eldery to sit and stand up.

Part I (fitted on the cot) support bracket with wheel
Part II (fitted in the vihicle ) Folding Support

  • A solution is at hand outside the box.
