- 9. Then, you head out to catch the evening hatch.
- 10. On your way back, you stop by the Fly Shop for a night cap…
- 11. It’s hard to sleep when you’re thinking about trout…
- 13. But the sound of the creek lulls you to sleep.
- 14. Day 2
- 15. After breakfast, you meet your guide at the Fly Shop…
- 16. And head to Powder River country…
- 17. A spectacular playground all to yourself…
- 18. Where you fish with big drys…
- 19. For big trout…
- 20. Lots of big trout!
- 21. It’s still fun for those back on the Ranch…
- 22. But, you’re in Wyoming for a reason…
- 23. This is one reason…
- 24. And this is another.
- 25. After a memorable day, you head back for a drink on the porch…
- 26. You dream of hard fighting wild trout !
- 27. Day 3
- 28. Today you’re in for a treat…
- 29. You work up a sweat during the walk…
- 30. However, there are plenty of spots to stop and cool down…
- 31. You make it to the river…
- 32. “Up there, in the shade”…
- 33. You see it again…
- 34. You make a great cast…
- 35. Your fly gets smashed!
- 36. The line comes tight… What a beautiful Cutthroat!
- 38. You head for the River House & get ready for tomorrow’s float…
- 39. You get settled in…
- 40. And have dinner with your guides.
- 41. Day 4
- 42. After coffee and breakfast…
- 43. It’s a short drive to the big river…
- 44. Where you can fish from the boat…
- 45. Or wade a scenic backchannel.
- 46. For some serious western trout!
- 47. Lots of them!
- 48. In all shapes...
- 49. Sizes…
- 50. And colors.
- 51. “That’s a nice drift”…
- 52. “We got him”
- 53. What a day, “Let’s grab a burger on our way through town”
- 54. Day 5
- 55. You wake up and look downstairs…
- 56. Find the weather perfect…
- 57. In a beautiful place…
- 58. With miles of private water…
- 59. Where you stalk fish…
- 61. So you grab your gear… And go looking for risers…
- 62. And you’re all by yourself When it happens…
- 63. You’ve got him well hooked…
- 64. He’s almost in the net…
- 65. And even your guide smiles!
