Resolution Insurance Limited was registered in August 2002, originally as a joint venture
between Resolution Health South Africa and Linmerx Holdings, RIL has a share capital of $
500,000 and professional indemnity of $ 250,000. Resolution Health has been registered in
Kenya and Uganda and was recently registered in Tanzania in 2009.
Resolution Insurance Ltd is well capitalized and has complied with all the requirements
that relate to Medical Insurance Providers. We are also fully insured and do not retain
any risk in our books. We have professional indemnity insurance which ensures our
members are fully protected.

Inception Report: This will contain methodology, estimated cost and a work plan for
the contract. The proposal shall be presented for consideration to your offices.

participate in voluntary testing for HIV, Blood sugar, free vaccinations for Hepatitis,
Typhoid, Polio or any other that may be recommended by Resolution Health based

Realise Savings On Costs: By the Insurer outsourcing the medical services, additional
savings can be realised by the Scheme because of increased efficiencies & minimal
waste. Our systems have been developed specifically for hospital utilisation
management allowing for accurate management and analysis of hospital accounts.
Timely Delivery of Services & Improved Customer Satisfaction: We have a dedicated
call centre which is available 24/7. The call centre is staffed by qualified nurses in
Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda and will provide identification for various processes
namely trauma recovery, case management, disease management. This essentially
