4. Street Name Change Process
• May 17th – Received letter from developer of Midtown project proposing street
name changes of potential mutual benefit.
• August 15th – Traffic Management Team, a multi-department staff committee,
considered proposed street name changes and recommended approval.
• September 16th – Council Economic Development Committee received a
presentation regarding the street name changes and was supportive of them.
• September 17th – Council Transportation & Mobility Committee received a
presentation regarding the street name changes and was supportive of them.
• September 24th– Notification letters sent to property owners and stakeholders
along affected streets informing them of the proposed street name changes and
the October 7th Council meeting date for their consideration.
