Myths, non-truths and little (or not so little) lies that we consciously or unconsciously tell ourselves and others, based on hidden traits. We all have these hidden traits - the question is, which ones do you have, and how are they affecting your behaviours and performance in business and your private life? end
jus9fies
the
means’
Adolf
Hitler
played
this
personal
truth
to
extremes.
Others
were
told
this
lie
and
the
whole
world
went
to
war.

3. This
is
an
extreme
example
of
when
someone
with
high
Dynamo
took
this
lie
to
another
level.
In
other
more
common
examples
people
may
overwork
their
staff,
overwork
themselves,
steal
9me
and
good
will
from
their
loved
ones
and
colleagues.
All
the
9me
blinded
to
the
consequences
of
their
ac9ons
by
telling
themselves
this
lie.
Deceiving
themselves
as
to
the
correctness
of
what
they
are
doing
and
jus9fying
damage
or
trauma
is
leJ
behind.

4. There
may
be
9mes
when
the
end
does
jus9fy
the
means...
...but
a
person
with
an
out
of
balance
Wood
or
Dynamo
energy
plays
this
truth
in
their
head
out
and
in
the
world
at
a
completely
different
level,
at
9mes
leading
to
massive
loss
and
destruc9on.
They
also
have
the
ability
through
their
vision
and
grand
plan
to
inspire
others
do
the
same.
This
may
simply
be
to
borrow
more
money
than
is
sensible
to
fund
a
dream,
puKng
everyone
and
the
company
in
financial
danger.

is
not
totally
unique
to
someone
with
lots
of
Wood
or
Dynamo
energy
Because
we
all
have
each
of
the
5
energies
within
us,
just
at
varying
levels.
But
it
is
the
consistent
playing
out
of
this
lie
9me
and
9me
again
and
the
ability
to
inspire
others
to
do
the
same
that
makes
this
lie
so
damaging
and
a
trait
of
someone
with
high
Dynamo
.
If
this
is
a
lie
that
someone
has
told
themselves
for
many
years
it
is
some9mes
really
difficult
for
them
to
see
or
change

capacity
to
invent
and
imagine,
a
well
known
trait
that
comes
into
aid
with
this
lie.
‘Some9mes
it
is
the
sheer
scale
of
imagina9on
that
astounds
me
when
I
work
with
people’.
We
all
like
to
dream,
but
to
dream
and
create
a
nightmare
for
others?
All
in
the
name
of
the
‘end
jus9fying
the
means’.

solve
this

by
strong

destroy
or
