Business uniformity is no road to innovation
But the road to extinction
Why businesses can’t make the smaller changes
Because businesses apply organisational socialism
Many businesses believe
their change should happen
uniformly and at the same time
But how would nature do it?
Nature changes in small steps
and innovates autonomously
Do you have the autonomy
to change your work environment?
Or is it wise to wait
for all changes to be implemented
at the same time, in the same way, for all.
As a tribute to business uniformity
No.
We have to stop
making static work environments
that steer our behavior.
When we build offices as ‘living' physical
environments, we stimulate prototyping cultures.
Making our offices more flexible by applying
principles of theater stage design. Shaping
environments as safe harbours for small initiatives.
Let’s leave the fallacy of business uniformity by
creating space
for autonomous small steps
