Management) Programme?
Required Qualities Leadership and middle
management is a specialization requiring a
multiplicity of knowledge and skills. It requires a
strong understanding of the macro environment,
business value chain, structures and governance,
technical knowledge of business operations and
leadership skills. This knowledge must then be
capitalized to leverage and maximize people and
operational performance to drive improvement,
quality, and the achievement of the
business/department’s set goals and objectives.

Businesses have a far greater need to be agile and
to adapt to the changing landscape to remain
competitive in their respective industries.
Leadership and management are becoming

initially engaged: to ascertain the current
environment issues; and are thereafter
engaged throughout the programme offering
support and guidance to Team Leaders, and
embedding the operating model.

How is Team Leader
Training Delivered and
Assessed?
The programme is delivered in a face-to-face
mode by experienced facilitators and
performance coaches with remote support
offered via digital channels. It comprises 14
modules that typically span the period of
17 weeks. Multiple groups accommodated
with group size not exceeding 15 learners,
ensuring maximum attention from the
specialist performance coaches.

completion of this programme
Our Team Leader Programme is a
Bank SETA Accredited Programme
(Accreditation No.: 557086) Our
programme is delivered by specialist
performance coaches who are SETA
accredited training providers. This is
an integrated training programme coaching
and managing the interaction of team
leaders/managers and their actual teams.
The programme also involves internal senior
management; internal coaches and/or
mentors; our specialist performance coaches
and facilitators; as well as qualified external
assessors.
