The survey sought the opinion about the business expectations of top management across global organizations on the basis of three main aspects. These are explained below.
Organization Growth: A large section of the top management in business organizations from around the world had an optimistic view of their organization growth. This turned out to be a major changeover from the results of last year’s survey and the participants opted to take the global market trends into consideration.
Hiring Strategies: A large percentage of top ranked professionals did not express much hope about the intention of organizations to add to their workforce in a significant manner.
Outlook Towards Economic Recession: The survey brought to fore the drastic change in the attitude of top management professionals with regard to the local and global market conditions. While 32% of the participants, which is 2% more than last year, felt that the global recessions is over, nearly 22%, one percent less than last year.

Organization Growth : A large section of the top management
in business organizations from around the world had an
optimistic view of their organization growth. This turned out to
be a major changeover from the results of last year’s survey and
the participants opted to take the global market trends into
consideration. Of the professionals surveyed, 28% predicted a
revenue growth of less than 8% in the current financial year
while 24% predicted the same for 2016.

Organization Growth : 18% of professionals predicted
a revenue growth ranging between 8%-14% for 2015
while 25% of them predicted the same for 2016.
However, only 17% predicted a revenue growth
greater than 15 % for 2015 while only 18% of the top
managers predicted the same growth rate for 2016.
When it came to expected decline in revenue only 1%
of the participants supported the idea for2016 as
against 6% for 2015.

downward trend.

Hiring Strategies : Of all the people surveyed, a major
chunk of 61% declined any intentions of new hiring while
only 39% expressed the hope that would do so. This
further highlighted the fact that the ongoing economic
pressures and technological advances have emphasized
the need for effective talent management through
enhanced per capita productivity, skill development and
training and greater employee involvement.

Outlook Towards Economic Recession : The survey brought to
fore the drastic change in the attitude of top management
professionals with regard to the local and global market
conditions. While 32% of the participants, which is 2% more
than last year, felt that the global recessions is over, nearly
22%, one percent less than last year, and felt that it is still not
over. At the same time 46% participants, 1% less than
previous year felt unsure about the global recession.

Outlook Towards Economic Recession : As for the local
recession, only 25% of participants, which is almost half of the
48% from last year’s result, believed it to be over. Not
surprisingly, the number of participants who said that it is not
over almost doubled from last year’s 25% to 45% now. Even the
number of participants who were unsure rose from 25% to 30%.
Unlike the previous years, when these professionals were more
focused on the performance of the local economies, this year
they shifted their focus on global marketplaces.
