Are you a good communicator? Do you possess excellent organisation skills? Do you have a
passion for looking after customers? Then we have a perfect job for you. GymFlex is a small,
friendly, Employee Benefits company who specialise in the provision of corporate wellness
solutions to large corporate clients. You will work alongside other executives to coordinate
health & fitness promotions with our clients, communicate the benefits, resolve employee
queries, produce reports and manage the renewal process. Your work has a direct bearing on
the success of your clients’ corporate wellbeing program.
Previous customer service experience will be an advantage
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to demonstrate a “will do” attitude and take accountability and ownership
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Positive and professional telephone manner
The ability to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative
