Hello!
I am a Senior Graphic Designer at Highbury Safika Media. I have been
employed at HSM since 2010 and progressed from a Repro Artist to a
Senior Graphic Designer over approximately 4 years.
My passion for design was truly discovered during my high school
years and shaped when attending college at College of Cape Town.
During my college years, I received an opportunity to Job Shadow at
Ogilvy.
In my 4 years at HSM I have developed in knowledge and experience.
I have advanced in my skills and my confidence has grown. I am a hard
worker and dedicate myself fully to every task or project given to me.
The working environment has matured my character and my ability to
manage others and myself.
Due to my drive to push myself and progress in my career, I have
come to the realization that I need a new challenge and opportunity to
achieve my goals.

I worked closely with Craig in my time at Highbury Safika Media as a sub-editor and then managing
editor for various sports magazines. He produces a high quality of work, whether it be for large articles
running over a few pages, magazine covers, or even ideas for magazine redesigns, as you can see
from his portfolio.
I found him to be friendly, efficient, and deadline-driven, but at the same time, he was very
approachable and willing to stay late, etc., when required in order to make sure the job was completed
to satisfaction. He is also proactive in nature and approached clients with any issues when he felt it
necessary.
In terms of a mid-level graphic designer with a lot of potential, I really could not have asked any more
of Craig, and thoroughly enjoyed working with him. As such, I would not hesitate to recommend him to
