Symptoms like cough pain and fever tell us that our bodies are ill.

Sleep 8 or 9 hours every night and the rest when we are tired.

Wash our hands before every meals, brush your theet after every meals and have a
shower every day.
Breathe fresh air and avoid places whith smoke.

Infectious illnesses: they are caused by a
viruses or a bacteria.
They can be contagious: when a ill person
transmits the illness to a healthy one.
Or non contagious.
Non infectious illnesses: they have different
causes.

Infections caused by fungi are treated with anti-fungal
medicines
Infections caused by viruses are only treated with medicines to
reduce symptoms.

Vaccines introduces into our body a viruses that is
making us ill.
The body reacts to the viruses and make a substance to
destroy it.
