Additional Notes
• Nearby residents and businesses can expect noise and vibration in the area
caused by a pile drill, crane, loaders, trucks and other construction equipment, as
well as dust from drilling activity and debris removal.
• In general, haul routes to and from the site will travel along Kennedy Road to and
from Highway 401.
What to expect in 2017: Kennedy Station

Kennedy Station Update
• Preparatory works are underway or complete
• Enbridge Gas Line Replacements nearing completion
• Parking reductions are underway. Parking lots at Kennedy Station are
being used to support construction activities.
• Pending permits, the existing bus loop and passenger platform will be
relocated to the South Parking Lot to allow for construction of the new bus
loop and platform. Work is scheduled to begin in summer 2017.
• Pending permits, the North Entrance will be closed and demolished to
make room for the new Main Entrance. Work is scheduled to begin in
summer 2017.
• Pending permits, the existing passenger tunnel will be closed to allow for
Support of Excavation to be installed. A new pedestrian tunnel will be
constructed as part of the new Kennedy Station infrastructure. Work is
scheduled to begin in summer 2017.
