3. What we feel………..
We need to protect and expand greenery
because it makes people feel good and
creates comfortable places. We realize the
importance of trees and we observed that
there are less plants around us. We should
make the environment green by planting
saplings.

4. We Imagine……………
• We will plant 200 saplings.
• Each Plant will be adopted for care by
the community member & each student
will observe the 5 plants.
• Our Village will be green & gives us
cool environment in summer.

9. Awareness & Ownership program shared by
the students with the community
Each Student take the charge of 5 plants & he find the person
from community who will take care regularly these plants.
Orientation was given by the students for the care of the plants.
Importance of the trees discussed by the students that trees give us
many benefits like they consume the carbon dioxide & gives us
oxygen and makes our environment safe for us. We get fruit and
flowers from the trees. Trees provide us with fuel and timbers. In
summer, they bear the scorching rays of the sun and give us cool
shade under them. Trees in our forests draw the rain from the
clouds floating in the sky. Trees conserve our soil. This soil-
conservation is very important for our corn-fields. Trees make
own land fertile by their fallen leaves. So we should plant trees on
all the vacant places in our village. So that we can take the
benefits of trees forever. Only planting the trees is not enough.
Because, planted trees may be destroyed by animals or otherwise,
or may die for regular service of water. So we should be particular
about the after-care of the planted trees. We should be very careful
about the newly-planted trees.
