Sourcing and retaining people with disabilities is challenging for many in corporate America,
but only because they don't know how. Understanding the best practices and collaborative
implementation strategies of today's businesses who employ this large, loyal segment of the
population is the key. It's also about understanding the need for organizational readiness and
its components so that a company's efforts to recruit and retain people with disabilities are
                successful and sustainable.

This session will address the following and more to highlight the best practices of some of
today's leading companies: understanding the compliance requirements of outreach and
accessibility, delivering appropriate and value-added training, encouraging disability resource
groups, reasonable accommodation committees, celebratory events, emergency preparedness
and more. Supporting this segment appropriately and effectively is what will determine
