The Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC) in collaboration with the
SBA are pleased to announce a new and unique executive learning program
designed specifically for small business leaders that are committed to achieving
profitable business growth.
This SBA sanctioned , small business growth planning certification program will
run from January - June 2011, and includes 12 convenient evening courses.
Certification Benefits Include:
An actionable Strategic Growth Plan designed by each business owner, with input from
market research, business experts, and instructors, detailing specific action steps
necessary to achieve business goals.
Identify growth opportunities and learn what it takes to get to the next level of growth
Learn and how to build and maintain competitive advantage
Determine how and when to exit the business and what contributes to the business value
Build valuable networking relationships with your peers, a wide variety of subject matter
experts, business leaders, guest speakers, panelists and coaches
Get introduced to a wealth of resources and economic development organizations for

About DVIRC and This Effort:
DVIRC is an economic development organization with over 20 years experience focusing
exclusively on Growing Business Value for small and mid-size manufacturing enterprises.
We are pleased to announce this new and unique learning experience designed for small
business leaders seeking to protect their personal wealth through incremental
improvements, or grow their enterprise significantly.
This six month program includes 30 hours of class sessions and 10 hours of peer-to-peer
mentoring sessions, conducted in a comfortable, pragmatic “hands-on” learning
environment. A variety of instructional activities will be used throughout the program to
facilitate reflective thinking and the application of knowledge by participants, including:
panel discussions, individual and group presentations, guest speakers, facilitated
discussions, reading assignments, and coaching and feedback sessions.

The Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC) in collaboration with the SBA are pleased to announce a new and unique executive learning program designed specifically for small business leaders that are committed to achieving profitable business growth. This SBA sanctioned , small business growth planning certification program will run from January - June 2011, and includes 12 convenient evening courses.

About DVIRC and This Effort: DVIRC is an economic development organization with over 20 years experience focusing exclusively on Growing Business Value for small and mid-size manufacturing enterprises. We are pleased to announce this new and unique learning experience designed for small business leaders seeking to protect their personal wealth through incremental improvements, or grow their enterprise significantly. This six month program includes 30 hours of class sessions and 10 hours of peer-to-peer mentoring sessions, conducted in a comfortable, pragmatic “hands-on” learning environment. A variety of instructional activities will be used throughout the program to facilitate reflective thinking and the application of knowledge by participants, including: panel discussions, individual and group presentations, guest speakers, facilitated discussions, reading assignments, and coaching and feedback sessions. Location: DVIRC Training Center 2905 Southampton Road Philadelphia, PA 19154 Time: 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm dinner/networking 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm class session Cost: $750 includes all class materials and dinner for each session Total cost for 12 sessions: $750.00 This includes all course materials and dinner at each session
