7. So how can we find
great ideas?
Feedly the beast
• Remember Google Reader
• Feedly is better.
• Feedly is free.
• Find one blog, newspaper, media
outlet or RSS feed for each of your
content buckets.
• This gives you easy to manage
content ideas without getting
gobbled up by tons of content.

10. So how can we optimize
our time?
Remember hootsuite
11. Hootsuite 101
• Write posts for an entire month. This should
take an hour.
• Schedule them on Hootsuite.
• Check social platforms once or twice a day
when you have time.
• Give yourself 30 minutes at the end of the month
to look at data.
• Wash, rinse, repeat
@danfarkas

13. Data is the dental floss
of social media
• Data tells you what buckets work.
• It also tells you what doesn’t work.
• This allows you to adapt your posts to
meet audience needs.
• This also saves you time.
• Think shares, not likes.
• Find a conversion step.

next week?

finding.
• I have a gong.
