How can social media help your organization? How much is a Facebook fan worth? A social media measurement firm called Syncapse has come up with an actual dollar value.  The answer?    An average fan is apparently worth about $136.38.
How can social media help your organization? Dell is #38 on the Fortune 500 list. Dell is #5 on Fortune’s most admired list in its category. Dell claims $3,000,000 in added profit directly from Twitter.
How can social media help your organization? What is the value of your e-mail? What is the value of your phone? Social Media is a communication platform.  It’s return on investment goes well beyond dollars.
