sobreviviryseguirsiendoel líderen elmercado peruano.Su ventajaradicaenlacalidad
del servicioy laconfianzaque brindaa clientes, endonde laatenciónespersonalizada.
 El BCPcuentaconlas herramientasnecesariasparaenfrentaralosnuevoscompetidores
ya que, como su popularidad, al serun mercadopuede influenciarenladecisiónde los
peruanos, este debe estar acompañado de ofrecer productos y servicios a precio
razonables.Es importante mencionarque se debe utilizartasasde interésadecuadasy
competitivas para mantener la cuota de mercado. Es importante mencionar que el
cliente valora mucho la seguridad de las operaciones.
 El BCP debe concentrarse sobre ciertos puntos para mantener su posicionamiento:
incrementar la seguridad en los clientes gracias a la transparencia en las normas o
informes que brinda.
