Las CADENAS se diseñan y fabrican conforme a los estándares

Uno de los factores clave para optimizar los costes por hora
con cadenas lubricadas son los grupos de sellado. Su diseño
y materiales se han optimizado para aumentar la retención del
aceite en la junta en entornos y aplicaciones cada vez más
exigentes. Por ejemplo, el intervalo de temperaturas ahora es
de -40 °C a +50 °C (-40 °F to +131 °F). El nuevo lubricante,

One of the key factors for optimizing hourly costs with
lubricated chains are the sealing groups. These are now
improved in design and materials for increased joint
oil retention in ever more demanding environments and
applications. For example, the ambient temperature range
for use is now from -40 °C to +50 °C (-40 °F to +131
°F). The new lubricant is synthetic with EP characteristics,
lab tested together with the seal group materials so that it
matches the seal operating temperatures range.

Premium es el anillo de seguridad (PPR) que, junto con el ajuste a
presión entre eslabón y perno, proporciona un cierre mecánico,
eliminando así virtualmente el problema del juego en la junta
final, que puede dar lugar a movimiento axial, comprometer
las prestaciones del sello y reducir la vida útil de la junta. El

manufacturing plant, under the HSM brand.

LOADER BUCKETS HSM customized quality loader
buckets are designed to match the needs of any
application, exploiting all the Group’s technical
knowledge and expertise to ensure they achieve maximum
load capacities.
SPECIAL BUCKETS The ITR Group design and build
buckets to customers’ exacting specifications, applying the
latest 3D modelling and design technology. This enables
the Group to produce made-to-measure solutions, from
small scale backhoes to large face shovels and loaders,
that are unique to our customers and their machines.
BUCKET PROTECTIONS Buckets can sustain a lot of
wear during operation. To mitigate this, the ITR Group
offers a range of cast shrouds and protectors for fitting
on high wear areas for much needed protection and
increasing bucket life span. The availability of Chromium
Carbide, Hardox 450, Hardox 500, and white iron
wear package options makes HSM attachments unique
in their class.

EQUALIZER BARS Equalizer bars constrain the relative
movements between the two bulldozer carriages, limiting
the maximum oscillation. They are subject to extreme
flexion loading and have to be made from the best possible
materials.
BOGIE PIN ITR bogie pins are entirely designed, processed,
and assembled inside our worksites. In order to ensure best
performance and operating life they are subjected to severe

cyclic fatigue testing that simulates real operating conditions
in the open field in order to identify any defects. We have
recently developed a line of heavy duty bogie pins that can
guarantee further enhancements in performance and life
expectancy even under extreme loading.
RECOIL SLEEVES These large size bushings are used as
guides inside bulldozer frames, protecting them from wear
due to the internal sliding of the chain tensioning wheel.
They require particular care in machining and subsequent
thermal treatments and chroming considering the large
diameters in play relative to the wall thickness, which if not
correctly treated could give rise to deformations.
TRACK GUARDS These components protect the track
rollers against stones and keep the tracks in line at the
bottom level.
SCRAPER ROLLERS ITR Ejector Scraper Rollers are made
from high grade alloy steel and sealed to ensure free
rotation and wear resistance during track movement.

tratamientos térmicos y de cromado, habida cuenta de los
grandes diámetros que intervienen con respecto al espesor
de pared, que, si no se trata del modo correcto, podría dar
lugar a deformaciones.
PROTECTORES DE CADENAS Estos componentes
preservan los rodillos de las piedras y mantienen la cadena
en la guía en su ramal inferior.
RODILLOS PARA EXTENDEDORA/MOTOTRAÍLLA
Los rodillos para rascadores eyectores están hechos de
aleación de acero inoxidable bonificado, sellados para
asegurar su libre rotación y la resistencia al desgaste
durante el movimiento del tren de rodaje.
