The Improvisor's Mindset
A mindset is a set of beliefs that determines one's behavior and mental attitude. Improvisation techniques, many learned from the theater of spontaneous creation, come together to form a mindset that can be readily applied to other domains. This presentation explores the six foundational principals of improv. What else do you think it might apply to? You can’t play with it unless you notice it. 15 - the whole is greater than the sum of its parts 16- fail forward, done is better than perfect 17 -the circus bow! 18-Gerald Ford, executor and ideas man 21-by introducing something small, or taking a small risk. If that goes well, to put it in biological terms, your random mutation will be selected for and you will have mastered a new way of acting. 23-Once you know the rules you can break them and build on them with intention 24-Twitter bio game - how many completely different ways can you write your twitter bio?
