9. HEINZ
Maglabs took ownership of the Heinz.co.uk site in 2011. In
the past 18 months we have overcome multiple
technological challenges that the platform has and strived
to restore the site as a key platform for the Heinz marketing
teams.
By becoming a trusted partner to the Heinz US IT team and
streamlining the updating process for the marketing teams
we have greatly increased the regularity of updates to the
site whilst also working on projects such as redeveloping the
entire sauces section, cookie law changes, Weight Watchers
re-brand.

11. AMOY
Maglabs created and built the Amoy website, again working
to a tight budget. Maglabs delivered a site that is attractive,
engaging and structurally designed to enable changes to
include product updates and campaigns. Currently the site
has had a creative refresh to highlight Chinese New Year.
We are looking to work very closely with Amoy in the year
ahead, not just on site updates but we have also produced a
Social Media strategy document that will look to manage
their social interactions with their customers. The site
currently has a good, regular traffic, which we will be
looking to grow as part of their content marketing and social
strategy.

13. Maple Leaf
New York Bakery Co.
Recently launched their new site – we have been working
with Maple Leaf to produce a UK-centric website for the
bagel brand.
A challenging undertaking, being that the platform that the
site was being built in was SharePoint, which can be
extremely limiting when coming to design a elements of
functionality must be in the correct place.
We have overcome this by working very closely with their
Canadian team to come up with an attractive site that
allows site visitors access to recipe information and view
their latest TV advert as well as share their experience
through social networks.

15. THE LOGISTICS GUILD
The Logistics Guild is a Government backed initiative
running in partnership with Skills for Logistics.
Maglabs have put together a digital strategy for the
organization to encourage sign up to the Guild. As part of
this strategy, we have created a central CMS hub from which
the Guild can manage its members. As part of the social
strategy, the three main social hubs (Linked In, Facebook
and Twitter) have been set up to encourage traffic into the
site.
These Social networks are fully managed and maintained by
Maglabs. Not only are we increasing the digital footprint of
the Guild but we are helping them to enhance Search
Engine Optimization through the addition of mutual links
through to partner sites.

17. MOBILE WEB
Another successful project for Heinz has allowed us to
produce a campaign site for the Heinz BIG brand.
In partnership with the RFL, Heinz required a site that would
encourage Rugby fans to enter a competition and select
their favourite soup flavour.
As the advertising for the BIG soup brand is to be found in
Rugby stadiums, a mobile version of the site was needed to
be produced alongside the campaign.
Certainly with a growing number of smart phone owners
using their phones to access the internet, this is a market
space we will consider with every new site we build.

With social networks being the place where brands are completely open to their customers it has
created a space that needs to be managed correctly in order to maximise the potential of exposing
