34. So ... if you view innovation as crossing borders it
becomes very easy.
You have to do three things:
1. Work with someone you haven't worked with.
2. Aim at changing someones behavior without
”green” or ”saving”.
3. Use technology to scale up what you have
managed to change. Technology is not innovation.
