3. Derek Schuelein has always been passionate about
serving in the education sector. He fulfilled his passion
by earning a Doctorate in educational leadership. He
hired and mentored middle school and high school
faculty to drive improvements in the system.

4. Derek Schuelein finalized teacher observations and
evaluations to increase the productivity of staff
members. He represented the school at multiple
events and supervised all academic, athletic, and
extracurricular programs for different grades.

5. Derek Schuelein has commendable knowledge of
leading career assessment tools and effectively using

and can effectively manage and prioritize workload
alongside a flexible and adaptable approach to the job.

Panel Discussion in 2017 and a presenter at Molloy
College Student Teacher Workshop in 2012.

identifying opportunities to enhance engagement
by collaborating with colleagues through academic
and professional guidance. In addition, he is adept
at identifying ways to improve overall program
understanding and ensure a high-quality delivery
and a world-class learning experience.

8. Derek Schuelein incorporated understanding by design
approach of curricular mapping by providing school-
wide training and integration models. In addition, to
streamline operations, Derek Schuelein administered
multiple processes involving admissions, financing,
curriculum, marketing, facilities management, student
programs, and accreditation.
