Turbo Scribe is an application developed for Doctors and Clinics in US. They access and manage
their transcriptions using TSE over the Internet. The transcribed documents are secure as well as
portable. TSE is a Java-based rich client application. It provides for enhanced productivity for
the transcribed documents - Printing, Electronic Signoffs, Auditing, Advanced Searches, Faxing,
Auto-Fax, Referrals to Community DRs, and Electronic Referrals to outside agencies.

Description: Turbo Flow Application helps in transcribing the dictation and delivering the
transcript finally to the doctor. It is an internet based rich client interface application, which
handles dictations and transcription files. The MT Client application in this suite is used by
various transcription vendors, home based MT’s, PR’s, Editor’s, TL’s, QA’s, FQA’s, CS users
to transcribe, check the quality and upload the files. The File Monitoring would be done by the

3. operations team in making sure that each dictation is transcribed, proofed and the quality is
checked before sending the file to the doctor.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Review of the specification documents and test plan.
 Prepare test cases, specifying what is the input and expected value.
 Perform manual testing by executing the test cases to ensure the quality of the software.

Description: iMedX Admin is a core java thread based application. This engine has set of
threads which will perform different kind of background tasks.
Threads Information:
Dictations Import thread, Dictation Handlers, Transcripts parsing thread, Letter parsing
thread, Export thread and Mailing thread.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Prepare test cases design based on functional and business requirement documents.
 Regularly upload Test Data using the above applicable Threads.
 Perform functional testing of each enhancement integrated to the Admin Engine
Application.
 Effective defect tracking and reporting to improve communication and reduce delay.
