Important Note:

2. You must submit printed handouts of PPT to be presented beforeDRC.
3. Applicants must bring following documents (Whichever is applicable) in original along with one set of
self attested copy:
i. Marksheet of 10* class onwards.
ii. Marksheet of M.Phil.
iii. DET Eligibility certificate issued fromOPJS university (Available on university web site).
iv. In case of employed, No objection certificate (NOC) issued fromthe competent authority, clearly
mentioning about relieving from thecollege for Ph.D. program.
v. In case of employed, regular or permanent appointment certificate and experience certificate,
clearly mentioning about nature of appointment.
vi. NET/SLETI SET IJRF certificate.
vii. Valid caste certificate issued from the competent authority in case of ST/SC/OBC category
applicants.
viii. Residential certificate in case of ST/SC/OBC category applicants.
ix. Certificate related to differently abled (If required).
x. Detail of research papers published in journal and presented in conference/seminar etc.,
certificate of presentation of research papers in conference! seminar etc.
xi. Eligibility certificate for applicant from outside of the C.G. state. (May be submitted after
admission).
xii. Migration, Transfer and character certificates (May besubmitted after admission).
xiii. Any other documents/certificates you wish to show or required as per the Ph.D. regulation 13
