  11. 11.  Laissez Faire/ Delegative  team members have a lot of freedom  high work satisfaction  but damaging if team members don’t manage their time well or if they don’t have knowledge , skills or self motivation to do their work

  15. 15. Storming :  Team clarifies its goal and strategy  Members compete for position and status  Period of high emotionality and tension among group members  Complete when intra group conflicts are resolved and groups leadership is accepted
  16. 16. Norming  Team really begins to come together as a coordinated unit  Members start cooperating with each other
  17. 17. Performing Team members work effectively and efficiently towards achieving the group objective
  18. 18. Adjourning Team focus is on wrapping up activities rather than achieving high task performance
  19. 19. A fully functional team can:  Work together successfully  Solve problems and reach decisions in a way that incorporate individual inputs  Reach decisions through consensus  Can adapt to change  Achieve or exceed desired results
  20. 20. Conclusion Anybody can be a leader if you really want to be United we stand , divided we fall. Team work is important
