Who can apply?
Individual Higher Education Institutions, which are located in a program country
and have a Charter for Higher Education (ECHE)
What is funded?
- Student Mobilities for Study or Internship
- Staff Mobility for Teaching or for Training
Project time Period  18 – 24 Months
- Beginning from June (e.g. June 2018 until May 2020)

Application Process for KA 103
Application deadline:
- Applications can be submitted once a year
- Europe-wide standard date: regularly 5. Februar, 12:00 Hrs (Brussel Time)
What are the requirements?
1. Erasmus Charta of Higher Education (ECHE)
 Application deadline for a ECHE yearly on March
2. Application material: https://ec.europa.eu/index.htm
3. Declaration of Honour signed by the legal representative (online portal)
4. Proof of Financial Capacity (if the institution is not a public institution and
over 60.000 Euro are being asinged.

General Information Application Aproval
• All application guidelines and selection criteria are at European Union Level
 Every National Agency may (informally) add its own selection criteria
• The approval of mobilities is based on „past performance“
 poor performance will not be granted the next year
 a realistic number of mobilities should be requested
 first time applications should at least apply for some mobilities (realistic
number)
 Always keep in mind the „progress report“ and the 2 redistribution of
funds during the project period
