Codesign of MOOCs with economic actors
◼ With an economic sector on Training and skills development
• Funded by the professional branch of the agri-business sector
• 6 sessions, + 40 000 registrations, 92% of satisfaction rate
• Co-conception of the course with academics and professionals/experts
• Two specialized courses
‐ For local manager
‐ On innovation and management
• Integrated in a master on HR management
◼ Other MOOCs co-designed with economic sectors for professional
development
• "Becoming a caregiver with our seniors: a profession of the future“
• “Nursing home and Covid crisis : training on hygiene and support”

MOOCs dedicated to SMEs
◼ To train VSEs on the impact of digitalization
• “My VSE must face the digital transformation”
• Funded by the ministry of employment & ministry of economy
• Designed by university of Montpellier
• Steering committee to define the content and identify the professionals /
experts involved in the course
• 1 session, 8000 registrations, 2 other sessions coming up
• Satisfaction of the learners :
‐ 90% of learners consider that the MOOC met their expectations (new skills and
competences useful in their job) and that they will put them into practice.
• A new project has been launched in 2021 with the same actors to propose a
sequel

Dedicated platform for a professional sector
◼ For the building construction field, in partnership with the
National Agency for Environment and Energy (ADEMEE)
• Train the professional of the sector on the environmental issues and
sustainable building construction
• Training developed by specific training organizations, with experts
• Some courses are created by universities in partnership with experts of the
field.
• Operated on a White label platform
‐ ADEME is in charge of the editorial policy and the content management
‐ FUN runs the platforms, provide support to the learners and the course
designers
◼ Other example : the national center for lifelong learning civil
servants (CNFPT)

  • 3. 3 Codesign of MOOCs with economic actors ◼ With an economic sector on Training and skills development • Funded by the professional branch of the agri-business sector • 6 sessions, + 40 000 registrations, 92% of satisfaction rate • Co-conception of the course with academics and professionals/experts • Two specialized courses ‐ For local manager ‐ On innovation and management • Integrated in a master on HR management ◼ Other MOOCs co-designed with economic sectors for professional development • "Becoming a caregiver with our seniors: a profession of the future“ • “Nursing home and Covid crisis : training on hygiene and support”
  • 4. 4 MOOCs dedicated to SMEs ◼ To train VSEs on the impact of digitalization • “My VSE must face the digital transformation” • Funded by the ministry of employment & ministry of economy • Designed by university of Montpellier • Steering committee to define the content and identify the professionals / experts involved in the course • 1 session, 8000 registrations, 2 other sessions coming up • Satisfaction of the learners : ‐ 90% of learners consider that the MOOC met their expectations (new skills and competences useful in their job) and that they will put them into practice. • A new project has been launched in 2021 with the same actors to propose a sequel
  • 5. 5 Dedicated platform for a professional sector ◼ For the building construction field, in partnership with the National Agency for Environment and Energy (ADEMEE) • Train the professional of the sector on the environmental issues and sustainable building construction • Training developed by specific training organizations, with experts • Some courses are created by universities in partnership with experts of the field. • Operated on a White label platform ‐ ADEME is in charge of the editorial policy and the content management ‐ FUN runs the platforms, provide support to the learners and the course designers ◼ Other example : the national center for lifelong learning civil servants (CNFPT)

GRADEOs and degrees 6 ◼ GRADEOs by ESTIA by partnership with Oracle • Data Base fundamentals & SQL programming • Big data and Artificial intelligence • Full-stack mobil and web development • Two certificates : Gradeo and Oracle ◼ Challenges to increase the impact for CPD • Ensure that GRADEO are eligible for French CPD / CPT fundings ◼ First fully online master degree on Big data and artificial intelligence launched in October 2021 • On two languages : French and English
