2. How Bright IT WOULD BE ?
A. We are using small-power LED (0.066W/pcs), through our patent assembly design
for chip, luminous efficiency can reach 130-140Lm/W, at least >30% brighter than
the regular LED. E.g. like 6m height of light source, we need only 35W to achieve
36Lux, and others need 45-56W.

5. 100% Lighting throughout the whole year - Digital Controller
A. LED is a semiconductor device, has on-off feature. Due to human visual effect,
when frequency over 25t/s, we can not feel. Our controller frequency is up to
10K-100Kt/s. through our patent digital controller, we can supply interim
power to be half working, save 50% power. But normally solar street lamps
that using constant current driver , supply continuous power all the time.
Therefore, we can save 50% power. On-site testing saved >47.3%.

Instead of the traditional LED analogue driver, our Digital patented
controller uses 4 IC to replace it. Only consume 0.0625W power
when working. So, further saving of 15-20% is realized.

could decrease the lamp’s power gradually to a desired value and keep this value

8. How long is life span of the system?

A. Battery Life:
The most important material is electrolyte inside.
There are two important factors to prolong the life span.
1 ） Deep Cycle times--Our solar street light saves 70-85% power
consumption compared with regular one. Therefore, each deep cycle time
is greatly prolonged.
2 ） Environment Temperature--Most suitable working temperature for
battery is 20-25 , if higher or less than 10 , the life span would be only℃ ℃
a half.

9. How long is life span of the system?

• Most vendors put the batteries inside a box hanging on the pole.
That is the reason why their street light batteries can only have 1 year life,
• We Bury the battery under ground.
We suggest bury the battery under tundra, which is about 0.7-1m deep
(consult the local geographic authorities for different situation).
As the battery’s working efficiency & life span depends on the temperature,
the constant temperature under tundra (about 20-25℃) could
effectively improve the battery’s
performance and life span.

C. Controller Life
• Capacitor is a indispensable device in the Constant Current Driver,
its life span: <5 years.
• Our SRS patent controller uses 4pcs of IC to replace the Constant current
driver, so there is no capacitor in our controller. The main material of IC is
silicone, can reach 25-30 years. So our controller life can over 10 years.

13. Cable & connectors
Our Ultra-violet pure silicone rubber copper wire and Silver-plated high-strength
anti-aging waterproof connectors helps to reduce the cable system resistance &
the power loss in the wire to the minimum extent. This special solar wire,
smallest resistance and loss, excellent system reliability, saves energy.
Note: Many non-professional manufacturers think the resistance of solar street
lights are the same as AC powered street lights. Nothing important to separate
them. Following is the compared result for street lights:
Solar powered (LED): 240W panel, 24V SYSTEM, I=240/24=10A. P=10²R=100R,
AC powered (HPS) : 220W sodium lamp, 220V I=220/220=1A, P=1²R=1R
Then you can see the difference between their system current (A).
