We believe in honoring individual education choices; therefore we commit to providing an innovative public education environment for students, their parents and teachers by empowering them to collaboratively create learning opportunities which will develop responsible and contributing members of society. We are all accountable for the outcome of public education. Working together we can make a difference. We are developing educated students who have become aware of their ability and necessity to become productive citizens. We foster new ideas in all levels of the learning organization. Values
Employability Report Card Project Employers say that they are faced with a plethora of graduates who are just not prepared to compete in today’s job market. Employers find themselves in a precarious position of hiring somebody they are not sure they can develop. Schools are currently focused on getting students to pass standardized tests rather than developing critical thinking skills. Through Individual Learning Plans we asses a student’s needs, formulate educational goals, and generate a plan to ensure success in a particular field.  Individual Learning Plans are developed by the student, along with their parents and educators based on the student’s strengths and likes.
Inputs Resources needed for Employability  Project include: ,[object Object]
Education experts to train and foster sustained cultural change within school districts.
Funding to identify areas that require additional study.,[object Object]
Together with contribution from school administrators and teachers, an Individual Learning Plan is developed by students and their parents that reflect the students strengths and interests. Throughout the student’s education, an ILP is evaluated for effectiveness and relevance. It is assessed by all those involved and changes or updates are considered as necessary.
Outputs Individual Learning Plans for every student.  Educated and involved parents willing to do what is necessary to make a difference in their child’s education. Educators who are trained and supported to foster a culture of teaching for a substantive knowledge of coursework. Legislators aware of communities' and employers’ needs.

These students will have a predisposition for critical thinking.
Graduates with necessary skills are likely to succeed in a very competitive workplace.,[object Object]
As the labor force has transformed from brawn to brain during the last three decades, educational institutes have been unable to adequately keep up with these changes. The result are graduates that are not adept in their surroundings.

Foundation for Critical Thinking Critical thinking asks much from us, our students, and our colleagues. Critical thinking requires the cultivation of core intellectual virtues such as intellectual humility, perseverance, integrity, and responsibility.
