Dear colleagues!
It was said that Canada is the most Ukrainian nation outside of Ukraine. Indeed, the friendly relations between the two countries
have been always reinvigorated by the 1.3 million of Ukrainians in Canada. To make our relations even stronger Canada-Ukraine
Free Trade Agreement was signed and only few steps are left before it will enter into force.
Ukraine concluded FTAs with such strong economies as the EU and Canada, which have also signed a historic bilateral free
trade agreement (CETA). What does it mean? These agreements provide a possibility to use raw or other materials imported from
a third countries with which Canada – the EU and Ukraine - Canada, respectively, have free trade agreements, in determining the
origin of goods produced using those materials. For instance, it will allow to import raw materials from the EU to Ukraine and
export the final product to Canada without adhering to strict rules of sufficient production while determining the origin.

Ukrainian Lviv has been featured as a top-100 global
outsourcing destination by Tholons recently. Ukraine offers
large, skilled and cost-competitive labor base of software
engineers. The country is in the top-4 by number of certified IT
professionals, while 10 Ukrainian companies made the global
Top-100 issued by the International Association of Outsourcing
Professionals.
Elance ranks Ukraine as #3 globally in terms of freelance
professionals, behind only the United States and India. The
industry has grown by nearly 20 times over the last decade,
