Topic 3: Present Tense
Some actions happen in the present or
every day.
The verbs are is in the present tense. If
the verb is in the present tense, the word
stays the same or we add -s or -es at the
end of the word.
Topic 3: Present Tense
We add -s or -es if the doer of the verb
is singular or only one. We add -s to most
verbs. We add -es if the verb ends with
ch, sh, x, z, s, or ss.

Some verbs are yet to happen in the
future. If the verbs are yet to happen,
we add will before the verb. If the verbs
are in the future tense, we do not add
anything at the end of the word.
